We, the Lederer-Frischmuth family, would like to welcome you in our traditional bed and breakfast on the village square in the idyllic mountain village of Maria Alm at the foot of the Hochkönig.

Active on holiday, whether summer or winter:
Endlessly long cross-country ski runs and the most modern ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity and even without snow, our mountain landscape is just waiting to be explored by you. Hiking, cycling, mountenbiken, climbing or swimming Maria Alm with its extensive offer offers something for everyone.

If you prefer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, you can spoil yourself with our wellness offer, which is of course included in the price.
