Maria Alm is the ideal holiday resort. Whether in winter for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing etc. or in summer (hiking, mountaineering, golfing, swimming) - there is always something to do - or just relax.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge your batteries - our house and the beautiful surroundings of Maria Alm are the ideal place for this.

Your family SchwaigerOur house is located in a quiet, sunny location - only 5 minutes walk from the center of Maria Alm (province Salzburg-Österreich).
and is located in the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski runs and lifts (nearest
lift approx. 50 m next to the house).

Choose between comfortably furnished 2- or 3-bed rooms (all with shower or bath/WC, cable TV, radio and terrace/balcony) or our spacious apartments (55-80 m², for 2-6 persons).
All our rooms and apartments have WLAN!

Furthermore, we offer you a cosy lounge with tiled stove, a sun terrace, a large garden (approx. 1,500 m²) with sunbathing lawn.

You will find relaxation and recreation after an eventful day in
our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool and solarium...

For our sporty active vacation guests we have our own
Fitness room with table tennis.

In the cellar of our house you will find a coin washer and dryer for your
order.
Directly in front of our house there are enough (in-house) parking spaces.
A garage can also be rented.
